Add/drop or withdraw

Undergraduate students:

For all the international undergraduate students, you are free to add/drop classes before the semester starts through myIndianaTech account > Academics > Add/drop class. You must be enrolled in 12 credit hours by the end of the first week of classes. Failure to do so will result in your SEVIS termination.

If you wish to withdraw from a course after the add/drop date has passed, you need to get a withdrawal form from Registrar’s office. You need to fill in your details such as name, student ID number, course you want to withdraw, and the number of credits for that course. Once the information is filled out, you need to get signatures from your academic advisor, international services representative, coach (if applicable), and the professor of the course. Once all required signatures are obtained, the student must submit this form to the Registrar’s Office before the withdrawal deadline.

 

Graduate students:

Courses for all international graduate students are registered for the whole academic year at the beginning of the Master’s program. If any student wants to add/drop a course, he/she needs to contact the Warrior Information Network (WIN) for further assistance. It is the student’s responsibility to be enrolled in and prepay for at least 9 credit hours every semester. Failure to do so will result in your SEVIS termination.
