Local

Taxi services which are expensive, as compared to buses, but they provide door to door service. Taxis come in handy when you don’t have transportation from the airport to the Indiana Tech campus.  Usually the taxi cabs have flat rates from Fort Wayne International Airport to campus. Uber is an American international transportation network company. You can get a taxi, private car or rideshare from your mobile phone.

Citilink buses offer transportation in and around Fort Wayne. An all-day pass for Citilink bus is $3. If you need information sooner you can contact your admissions counselor.

Long Distance

Greyhound Bus lines offer schedules including stops in Fort Wayne for students arriving in the United States who wish to take the scenic route. This form of transportation is less time efficient and is not suggested for long distances. Buses do not run from the airport.

Mega Bus is also a bus line service like Greyhound. Mega Bus also offers $1 ticket during certain seasons. Mega bus is comparatively newer than Greyhound, however, Mega Bus does not pick up in Fort Wayne.

Hoosier Shuttle is a locally owned business providing daily shuttle service between Fort

Wayne and Indianapolis. The centralized pick-up point in Fort Wayne is located at 418 W. Coliseum Boulevard. Some long-term parking is available. Hoosier Shuttle also offers Village of Coventry pickups at 69 South Exit.  All trips must be scheduled in advance.

Amtrak train station is located in Waterloo, Indiana, which is a 40-minute drive from campus.
